For a 100–300 bed hospital, a fully custom HMS usually takes 4–6 months from scoping to go-live. Lab and pharmacy integrations carry the most uncertainty, so we check their feasibility during discovery before we commit to dates.
Can the HMS integrate with existing lab analysers and pharmacy software?
In most cases. Lab analysers generally support HL7 or ASTM, and most pharmacy POS systems offer an API or an export. We've worked with Tally-based pharmacy billing and common lab equipment before. Your specific setup gets checked during scoping.
Does the system support NABH and NABL documentation requirements?
The default audit log handles most of NABH's operational documentation. NABL's technical requirements depend on which lab modules you run, so we'd rather list your compliance needs explicitly during discovery than assume.
Will we own the code?
Completely. Full IP transfer on final payment: repository, database schema and deployment configuration. No licence fees afterwards.
