A dispatch operation shouldn't run on WhatsApp and Salesforce.

Logistics businesses outgrow generic tools fast. Salesforce assumes a sales pipeline; you have trips, drivers, and deliveries. The coordination ends up in WhatsApp groups. Billing falls behind. We build dispatch CRMs and operations software shaped around how your fleet actually runs.

Discuss your project

The problems we see most often

  • Dispatch coordination running through WhatsApp groups
  • Billing 10–15 days behind operations due to manual reconciliation
  • Frequent billing disputes from incomplete trip records
  • No real-time visibility into trip status for management
  • Generic CRM tools that weren't built for logistics operations
  • Driver updates and client confirmations handled informally

What we build for logistics businesses

  • Purpose-built dispatch CRMs with trip creation and assignment
  • Driver status updates and client delivery confirmation flows
  • Management dashboards with live trip status and exception flags
  • Automated billing exports to Tally and accounting software
  • Route notes and delivery proof capture
  • SMS and WhatsApp delivery confirmations for end clients

What we’ve actually built

Logistics / Last-Mile Delivery

A last-mile logistics company, NCR

Node.js · React · MySQL · Tally export integration · SMS delivery confirmations

The company was running Salesforce — a tool built for B2B sales teams — to manage a dispatch operation. The mismatch was severe: Salesforce assumed a pipeline, they had trips. The real coordination happened in a WhatsApp group, which meant key decisions were invisible to management and unbillable disputes were frequent. Billing ran 12–15 days behind operations.

Outcome

The WhatsApp coordination group was retired within three weeks of go-live. Billing disputes dropped from roughly 12 per month to 2. Billing cycle shortened from 12–15 days to 3. The ops manager described the change as 'the first time we've had an actual record of what happened on any given day'.

Manufacturing / Warehouse Operations

A manufacturing company with 4 warehouses, Noida

Next.js · Node.js · PostgreSQL · Tally TDL integration · Barcode scanner support · Mobile-optimised picking UI

Stock in transit between warehouses was invisible for days at a time — goods marked dispatched from one location wouldn't be acknowledged received at the other until a manager called to ask. Mis-picks were causing a 6% customer return rate that the operations head could not trace to a root cause because there was no picking record. All counts were manual, meaning discrepancy investigations required physically re-counting entire bays.

Outcome

Mis-pick rate dropped from 6% to under 0.8% within the first two months. Inter-warehouse transfer discrepancies that previously triggered 40-hour-per-month investigations dropped to under 5. The Tally sync eliminated the manual data entry role entirely, freeing that person for value-adding work. The operations head now has a live dashboard showing stock by location across all four warehouses without calling anyone.
