Nimbryx ("we", "us", "our") is a custom software and web development studio based in Delhi NCR, India. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nimbryx.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We believe in plain language — legal jargon kept to the minimum the law requires.

1. What We Collect

Contact form submissions

When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect the following information you voluntarily provide:

• —Your message

Each submission (contact form or template request) is saved in our own database on our server, together with the page you sent it from, the page that referred you there, and your device type and browser, so we can follow up and see which pages bring enquiries. A copy is emailed to our team inbox. Only the Nimbryx team can see it.

First-party visit statistics

Our own server also counts page views, time on page and taps on the WhatsApp, phone and email links. It uses no cookies. Instead of your IP address it stores a one-way keyed hash of it, which lets us count unique visitors without keeping the address itself, along with the page, the referring site, any campaign (utm) tags, screen size, language, time zone and browser type. This data stays on our server, is never shared, and raw visit records are deleted after 180 days (daily totals are kept). If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-Q47ZKZC0WL) to collect anonymous usage data including:

• —Pages you visit and time spent on each page
• —Your approximate geographic region (country/city — not precise location)
• —Device type, browser, and operating system
• —How you arrived at our site (referrer / search engine)

IP addresses are anonymised before being sent to Google. We do not enable any Google Signals or cross-site tracking features. Google Analytics may be loaded through Google Tag Manager. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by emailing us.

What we do not collect

• —Payment or billing information (no transactions happen on this website)

• —Precise GPS location
• —Any data from minors (our services are business-to-business)

2. Cookies

Our own visit statistics use no cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gid) used to distinguish users and sessions. These are set by Google under their own privacy policy. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

• —To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form
• —To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (analytics)
• —We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for their own marketing purposes

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on this website:

• —Our email provider (an SMTP mail service, or Resend at resend.com as a backup) — delivers the copy of your form submission to our inbox. Your form data passes through their servers in transit, and their privacy policy applies.
• —Google Analytics 4(analytics.google.com) — website analytics, loaded directly or through Google Tag Manager. Google's privacy policy applies.
• —Google Fonts— loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP when font files are fetched.

5. Data Retention

• —Contact form submissions are retained in our database and inbox for as long as needed to manage the relationship, then deleted.
• —First-party visit records: 180 days, then deleted (only daily totals are kept).
• —Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google's standard retention setting.

6. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and applicable law, you have the right to:

• —Request erasure of your data
• —Object to analytics at any time (use Google's opt-out add-on, or email us)

7. Security

Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted directly to our email inbox via an encrypted connection. We do not store personal data in any database on this website. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect data in transit.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our website, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve or as laws change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
