These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website nimbryx.com and any engagement with Nimbryx for software or web development services. By visiting this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
"Nimbryx" refers to the software and web development practice operated from Delhi NCR, India. "You" refers to any visitor, prospective client, or client.
1. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes — to describe our services, share our work, and allow prospective clients to contact us. You agree not to:

2. Services
Nimbryx provides custom software development, web development, and related technical services on a project basis. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) executed between Nimbryx and the client. These Terms do not constitute a service agreement — they govern website use only.
3. Intellectual Property
Website content: All content on nimbryx.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Nimbryx and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Client deliverables: Upon full payment for a project, Nimbryx assigns the intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables to the client, to the extent permitted by law. Nimbryx retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.
Third-party components: Deliverables may include open-source software, libraries, or third-party APIs subject to their own licences. Nimbryx will identify significant third-party components during the project. Client is responsible for compliance with those licences in production.
4. Payment
- —Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements.
- —Nimbryx reserves the right to pause or halt work on unpaid invoices after a 7-day notice period.
- —All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- —Taxes (GST and any applicable withholding) are the responsibility of the party on which they are levied under Indian tax law.
5. Confidentiality
Any non-public business information shared with Nimbryx during an engagement (technical requirements, business processes, pricing, client data) will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimbryx's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this website or any service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Nimbryx for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand), whichever is greater.
Nimbryx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
