What this is
Most businesses end up with five or six good tools that don't talk to each other. A sale in one place is retyped in another. A payment lands in a gateway and someone updates the sheet. API integration connects those tools so data entered once appears wherever it is needed. Sometimes that is a simple connection. Sometimes the tool has a poor API, or none, and the honest answer is a workaround. We tell you which one you have before you spend money.
Who this is for
- Businesses re-entering the same data in a CRM, an accounts tool and a spreadsheet
- Online sellers syncing stock, orders and shipping across a store, marketplaces and couriers
- Companies adding payments, SMS, WhatsApp or e-invoicing to an existing system
- Teams whose legacy software has no integration and who need data moved out of it safely
What problem this solves
If two or more of these sound familiar, it is worth a conversation.
Double entry
The same order or customer is typed into two systems, and the copies drift apart.
Stock and order mismatch
A product sells out on one channel while another still shows it available.
Manual payment reconciliation
Someone matches gateway settlements to orders by hand every week.
Locked-in data
Useful data sits in an old system with no export, so reports need manual work.
What Nimbryx actually builds
Every one of these is built around how your team already works.
Two-way data sync
Customers, orders, products and invoices kept consistent between your systems, with clear rules about which side is the master.
Payment gateway integration
Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree and similar, including webhooks and reconciliation.
Messaging integration
WhatsApp Business, SMS and email notifications triggered by events in your systems.
Courier and logistics APIs
Shipping rates, label creation and tracking pulled into your order screen.
Accounting connectors
Entries pushed to Tally, Zoho Books or another accounting tool in the format they expect.
Legacy system bridges
A small service that reads from an old database or exports and exposes the data safely through a modern API.
Monitoring and retries
Failed syncs are logged, retried and reported, so a broken connection doesn't stay hidden for weeks.
How this typically works
From the first conversation to a working system.
Step 1
Map the systems and the data
Which tools, which records, which direction, and what should happen on a conflict.
Step 2
Check what each API allows
Rate limits, missing fields and cost per call can change the design, so we check early.
Step 3
Build and test with real data
Integrations are tested against realistic records, including the awkward edge cases.
Step 4
Go live with monitoring
Logs and alerts from day one, and a plan for when a vendor changes its API.
The stack we’d likely use
Mature, well-supported tools. The final choice depends on your project, and we explain it before we start.
- Node.js
- Python
- REST and webhooks
- Razorpay and payment gateways
- WhatsApp Business API
- Tally and Zoho connectors
- PostgreSQL or MySQL
An honest note
When this isn't the right call
If your tools already have a native integration that does the job, use it. Zapier or Make can cover simple, low-volume connections more cheaply than custom code. Custom integration pays off when volume is high, the logic is specific, per-task pricing has grown, or no ready-made connector exists. Third-party APIs also change and sometimes get withdrawn, which is a standing risk we cannot remove, only monitor.

Projects where we solved a version of this problem.
What if one of our tools has no API?
Options are file exports and imports, a database-level bridge, or in some cases browser automation. Each has trade-offs in reliability, and we explain them before you choose.
Should we use Zapier or build custom?
For a few simple connections and low volume, Zapier or Make is usually the better buy. We build when the volume or logic makes the subscription costly or the available connectors do not do what you need.
How long does an integration take?
A single well-documented API connection takes 1 to 3 weeks. A multi-system sync with reconciliation and error handling takes longer, and we scope it per project.
Who maintains it afterwards?
We can, under a maintenance plan. Vendors change their APIs, so an unmaintained integration will eventually fail.
