Node.js Development Services

Backend services and APIs for business apps, integrations and anything that needs to update live.

What this is

Node.js is the backend we reach for on most business applications. We use it for APIs, for integration layers that tie third-party services together, and for the server logic behind a CRM, ERP or custom tool. With JavaScript or TypeScript on both the frontend and backend, whoever maintains the code after us has one language to think in, not two.

Where Node.js is a good fit

  • REST and GraphQL APIs serving a web or mobile frontend

  • Integration layers that connect several third-party services, such as Razorpay, WhatsApp and Tally

  • Live features like dashboards, notifications and status updates, where Node's event-driven model is a natural fit

  • Backends for Next.js or React apps, so the whole stack stays in one language

Where it’s probably not

  • CPU-heavy work like data science, video transcoding or number crunching. A language built for that (often Python) does it better

  • Teams that already know another backend language deeply and have no real reason to switch. We won't push Node.js just because it's our default

What we build with Node.js

REST & GraphQL APIs

Designed, documented, versioned and secured, ready for whatever frontend consumes them.

Third-party integrations

Payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, Shopify, GST portals and other services wired into your system.

Webhook & event-driven architecture

Integrations that react the moment something happens, instead of polling for changes every few minutes.

Backend for business applications

The server logic and database layer behind CRMs, ERPs and internal tools.

Common questions

Why Node.js instead of Python or another backend language?

Mostly because it keeps the whole stack in one language when the frontend is React or Next.js, and that makes hiring and maintenance simpler. For CPU-heavy or data-science-flavoured work we'll recommend Python instead. The workload decides.

Can you build the API without also building the frontend?

Sure. We often do backend-only work for teams that have their own frontend developers, or build the API layer for a mobile app.

Do you document the APIs you build?

Always. OpenAPI/Swagger docs come as standard, so other developers can get started without having to call us.
