Three schools, three separate Excel files for attendance, three separate receipts books for fees, and no way for the central office to know what was happening across campuses in real time. Fee reminders were sent by front desk staff making phone calls one by one. Teachers manually compiled monthly attendance registers by hand — a task that took 4–5 hours at the end of each month. Parent queries consumed roughly 30% of front desk call volume.
What we built
A unified school ERP covering multi-campus admissions workflow, daily teacher-marked attendance with automatic absent-parent SMS alert, online fee collection via UPI and card with instant digital receipt, exam scheduling and marksheet generation, and a parent-facing portal for attendance records, fee status, and result access. A single admin console gives the central office a live view across all three campuses.

Common questions
Can the ERP handle multiple branches or campuses from one login?
Yes — multi-campus support was a core requirement in this build. Admins at each campus see their own data; the central office sees all campuses aggregated. Role-based access means a class teacher at Branch A cannot view Branch B's student records unless explicitly granted access.
Does the system integrate with existing payment gateways like Razorpay or Paytm?
We integrate with Razorpay by default (it has the most reliable API in India for education fee use cases). Paytm and CCAvenue integration is possible on request. The payment reconciliation — matching Razorpay settlements to student fee records — is handled automatically by the system.
How long does school management software take to develop?
A standard school ERP for a single institution typically takes 10–14 weeks. Multi-campus with custom fee structures, online payments, and a parent portal adds 4–6 weeks. We build in phases — the fee and attendance module goes live first, then admissions and the parent portal — so the school doesn't wait for everything to be finished before it gets value.
